Every plan includes the full agent — selling, supporting, and one shared memory. Bigger plans add room and polish (higher caps, full brand customization, analytics, priority handoff), not features you were missing. Full details on the pricing page.
Billed through Shopify
Paid plans are charged through Shopify’s own billing system. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate card on file, no new vendor in your books. You upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Shopify admin, and Shopify handles trials and proration.
Uninstalling the app also stops billing automatically — Shopify ends the subscription the moment the app is removed.
What counts as a conversation
One shopper chat thread in a calendar month — however many messages it takes. If a shopper asks 40 questions in one chat, that’s one conversation, not 40. Quick pings the agent never answers aren’t counted.
What happens at your cap
Your agent keeps working. We flag it in your dashboard and by email, then help you decide whether to move up a plan. There are no automatic overage charges, and we will never quietly switch off your agent mid-month.
